Proswift Consultancy is private limited company, incorporated in Delhi under the Companies Act .  We employ a team of experienced Microfinance professionals who have a unique knowledge of efficient and effective Microfinance organizations and processes.

Our Mission
Proswift ‘s mission is to provide Indian Microfinance Institutions (MFIs) with the technical assistance they need to build their business and provide microloans to India’s low income people. 

Our Scope of Services
Our technical assistance services will come primarily through the following activities:

1. Recruiting operations staff, in the form of branch managers, loan officers, and other staff, for Indian MFIs.
2. Training the aforementioned staff in the uniquely efficient ASA Bangladesh methodology, so they are able to utilize this methodology in existing Indian MFIs.
3. Providing on-site, technical consultants, who will directly assist growing Indian MFIs in refining operational processes and building capacity for growth.
